For draining balconies and terraces with a rising balustrade (also called roof edge termination or parapet), LORO has combined the advantages of the space-saving base body of the balcony drains with the secure mounting upstand of the RAINSTAR parapet drains.

The mounting upstand allows the drain to be installed directly in the rising balustrade. The space-saving base body means only minimal intervention in the balcony build-up, which minimises either thermal bridges or recesses in the concrete, depending on whether it is a warm or cold roof build-up.

For bitumen and plastic membranes

The hydraulically optimised gravity-flow drain is available with clamping flange as a 45 and 90 degree upstand for bitumen or plastic waterproofing membranes.

As main and emergency drain

With the optional balcony emergency drainage unit, the parapet balcony drain can also be used as an additional emergency drain with damming element for emergency drainage onto an area that can be freely flooded without damage.
