Parapet drainage with low penetration depth
LORO-RAINSTAR® parapet drainage systems are the universal solution for external flat roof drainage from residential buildings to industrial halls. Through the construction of drains optimized for low penetration depth, the penetration depth could be significantly reduced. Additionally, the program was extended with parapet emergency drains with weir under the hood for gravity flow and siphonic flow.
Low penetration depth through "square to round" principle
The square cross-section of the drain pipe was adapted to the contour of the drain basin for low penetration depth and space-saving dimensions. Because square pipes are very difficult to seal in practice, LORO developed the "square to round" principle, where the drain pipe can be easily routed through the parapet as a round drain pipe.
With upstand as mounting aid
The upstand provides additional support as a mounting aid in the parapet and shortens the installation time.
The upstand is available in 45 or 90 degrees as a clamp flange, depending on whether a bitumen or plastic waterproofing membrane is to be used.
