LORO-XCL stainless steel drainage pipes with the proven LORO-X push-fit socket connection and various sealing elements for different stresses are manufactured from "rustproof" stainless steel in the material numbers 1.4301 (AISI 304) as standard and 1.4404 (AISI 316L) for higher stresses.
The surface of our pipes and fittings made of solid stainless steel complies with DIN EN 10088-2:2005 – designation D2 pickled, no additional surface treatment.
Waste water pipe in A1 quality
In industrial and domestic environments with higher stresses, waste water drainage is increasingly no longer made of combustible plastic but of sustainable steel or stainless steel. LORO-X stainless steel drainage pipes and the special LORO-X sealing elements form a safe and easy-to-install pipe system with push-fit socket connection, also for higher stresses. Pipes and sealing elements are resistant to high temperatures and chemicals, so they can be used in a wide variety of industries.
Thick wall
The wall thickness (wall gauge) of LORO-XCL stainless steel drainage pipes is significantly higher in the common nominal diameters than that of conventional stainless steel pipes for drainage, so that a longer service life and resistance is achieved even under high loads. They offer significantly greater safety when problematic waste water has to be drained in large kitchens, industry and commerce, where conditions are hot and aggressive.

Original LORO-X push-fit socket
LORO-XCL stainless steel drainage pipes also use the original LORO-X 2-chamber push-fit socket connection. Particularly at higher flow velocities, vibrations and pressures in the pipe system, it provides greater safety than conventional roll rings or simple push-fit sockets, as the second socket chamber fixes the connection centrally and ensures a deeper insertion.
