LORO at BAU 2013

BAU, the world's leading trade fair for architecture, materials and systems

BAU, the world's leading trade fair for architecture, materials and systems, has become even more international, even more prestigious and even more professional - this is how Messe München sums up the six days of the fair with full halls and satisfied exhibitors. Despite partially adverse weather conditions with snow-covered roads and hundreds of flight cancellations, over 235,000 trade visitors came to Munich again, matching the record figure from 2011.

For international visitors, the 60,000 mark was exceeded for the first time. Particularly strong growth came from Russia (2,920 visitors), China (1,091) and Japan (750). BAU, according to exhibitors, has improved qualitatively once again, both in terms of stand architecture and product presentation as well as the quality of trade visitors.

BAU also lived up to its reputation as an "architects' fair" in 2013: Once again, around 50,000 visitors from architecture and planning offices were counted. 2,060 exhibitors from 41 countries presented themselves to them and all other visitors on 180,000 m² of hall space.
