LORO-X Main-Emergency-Combi Application Example

LORO-X Main-Emergency-Combi systems, with the LORO patented "pipe-in-pipe principle", combine a Silent gravity-flow main drainage with a Silent-Power siphonic emergency drainage in a single drainage system.

Space-saving: Only one single drain with only one penetration through the parapet upstand is required, thus only one opening in the thermal insulation is needed for both main and emergency drainage.

This also means only one visible downpipe instead of two separate ones for main and emergency drainage.

The complete system is supplied as standard with a 4.2 m long downpipe, the drain, matched deflection and all accessories (clips, sealing elements...) for direct installation.

Safe: The combination system consists of an outer DN 100 downpipe for Silent gravity-flow main drainage with 4.5 l/s flow at 35 mm water depth and an inner DN 50 Silent-Power siphonic emergency drainage with additional 8.2 l/s flow at 75 mm water depth, according to data sheet LX 772 with hQ-CAD verification.

Pipe-in-Pipe: The long socket connection keeps the inner pipe perfectly straight – effortlessly over multiple floors.

Installation: The outer pipe is secured with pipe clamps, the inner pipe is supported by the Main-Emergency-Combi standpipe. On each floor, the DN50 pipe is installed first, then the DN100 pipe.
