The LORO-X balcony drains of the Series BE include single drains from Series B, but with a welded downpipe at the lateral outlet.

Downpipe with long sleeve

The welded downpipe with long sleeve facilitates the connection of the downpipe system between the balcony floors. With the optionally available formwork bell as a concreting aid, the socket is visually "hidden" in the concrete ceiling. The long sleeve serves for on-site tolerance compensation of +/- 30 mm.

The Series BE features seepage water openings above the supporting edge, so that seepage water in mortar bed or prefabricated screed is safely directed into the drainage system.

For maximum dimensional stability and durability, Series A, B and BE are manufactured from solid steel with high-quality hot-dip galvanisation. The additional coating in accordance with DIN EN ISO 2178 based on a 2K epoxy combination improves the behaviour during concreting with more aggressive types of concrete.
