LOROFLEX Flat roof penetration

LOROFLEX flat roof penetrations are based on a sliding flange design for flexible passage of the penetration pipe for the ventilation of internal rainwater and wastewater downpipes or as cable penetration. With special connectors, they can also be combined as a safe penetration for wastewater pipes made of other materials.

Through the use of composite pipes made of hot-dip galvanised steel and stainless steel, LOROFLEX flat roof penetrations are corrosion-resistant and break-proof. Material problems due to heat, cold or UV radiation do not occur. For aggressive media or gases, the inner pipe can also be made of stainless steel on request.

With their safe and universal clamping flanges, LOROFLEX flat roof penetrations are suitable for roof waterproofing made of bitumen and plastic. For plastic waterproofing membranes, the use of compression seals is recommended to protect the membrane (see below).

LOROFLEX flat roof penetrations can be used with insulated (2-part) and non-insulated roofs (1-part).

Note: Not suitable for wall penetrations.

Please note: Always order compression seals one nominal diameter larger than the LOROFLEX flat roof penetration, as they are pushed over the outer pipe, while the nominal diameter specification of the LOROFLEX refers to the media-carrying inner pipe!
