LORO-X VARIOFIT pipe penetrations without or with push-in socket consist of multiple closely spaced pipe penetrations on a stainless steel flange A1 non-combustible, which can be arranged project-specifically according to your requirements on the surface.

Small Distances

The otherwise rather large distances between pipes according to the flat roof guideline are significantly reduced by arranging them on just a single plate for waterproofing. The distance to the parapet or other rising building components can also be minimised by an upstand on the bonding surface.

For Ventilation, Drainage and Cable Penetration

When using the LORO-X push-in socket, the pipes are led through the waterproofing layer in a pressure-tight and backwater-proof manner. This allows drainage pipes, cable protection pipes or ventilation pipes to be combined through sealed surfaces. All known advantages and technical data of the LORO-X steel drainage pipes and LORO-XCL stainless steel drainage pipes are transferable to the pipe penetrations.

Alternatively, a screen unit for surface drainage can be provided at each position instead of a socket. This also makes pipe penetrations possible in combination with, for example, roof or balcony drainage.

Reliable Waterproofing

Waterproofing on the stainless steel flange (as adhesive flange) is simply achieved with suitable liquid plastics. Alternatively, a clamping flange for waterproofing membranes can be provided.

Two-Part for Warm Roofs

On request, the LORO-X VARIOFIT pipe penetrations can also be manufactured in two parts, i.e. with an upper part and a lower part. Since multiple adjacent pipes are difficult to cut to length on site, the pipe lengths of the upper part are manufactured to your specifications (typically 350 to 400 mm), so that they bridge exactly the thickness of the thermal insulation. The pipe lengths of the lower part are manufactured accordingly so that they reach through the roof structure exactly to the connection to the internal pipe system.
