LORO-X Series K includes single drains with clamping flange and vertical or lateral outlet for balconies with sealing membranes. Series K drains are available as one-piece (cold roof) or two-piece versions (warm roof).

Optimized Clamping Flange

The optimized clamping flange of Series K securely clamps the sealing membrane between fixed and loose flange. Due to the special design with recessed loose flange, the sealing membrane is guided downward so that the top of the loose flange is flush with the surface to be drained, preventing residual water on the balcony.

Two Drainage Levels

Due to the sieve unit with drainage ring, Series K is particularly suitable for balcony structures with tile or slab coverings and two drainage levels. The height of the sieve unit can be adjusted on site so that the build-up height can range from 10 mm to 130 mm.
