Different balcony structures and the use of new materials such as liquid plastics or plastic/cement combinations require balcony drainage systems tailored to the specific application.

Through decades of experience in balcony drainage, LORO has developed balcony drains specifically tailored to each application, which in combination with downpipes made of steel drainage pipe, form complete balcony drainage systems from a single source.

The latest development in this field is the LORO-X balcony drainage Series V, a variable modular system that covers all application possibilities.

Made from durable stainless steel, LORO-X Series V balcony drains are resistant to heat, frost and UV radiation outdoors.

The basis of the new range is just one base body, which can be cast into the shell balcony slab with formwork plug and formwork bell, independently of planning progress or changes to the balcony structure. This can be done on site or at the factory for prefabricated balconies.

The system is completed by plastic sieve holders and stainless steel sieves in round or square designs.

Stainless steel sieves with pipe penetration enable use as a direct drain.
