The Series IK with bell and clamping ring is optimally suited for fixation within core drillings and thus for on-site installation in balconies made of prefabricated concrete parts from waterproof concrete (WU concrete), without additional covering.

Optimal for Renovation

Because the Series IK can be fixed in on-site core drillings, it is also ideally suited for renovation cases. In the core drilling, the Series IK is optimally fixed by the clamping ring, so that the annular gap can be filled without the drain slipping.

Built-in Bell "Hides" the Socket Connection

The bell refers to the bell-shaped design of the underside of Series I and IK for embedding in concrete. The bell consists of an inner pipe (media-carrying) and an outer pipe forming an annular gap. An annular gap is created between both, into which the socket of the downpipe can be pushed from below. A separate formwork bell can thus be dispensed with.

As Single and Direct Drain

Balcony drains of Series I are available as single drains with stainless steel end strainer for upper balconies (vertical and lateral) or as direct drains with stainless steel ring strainer for direct pipe passage of the downpipe coming from above through lower balcony floors (vertical only).
