Protection from spouts

In addition to protecting adjacent interior spaces, protection of utilised areas below is also required. Safe downpipes are definitely preferable to conventional water spouts, especially above entrances, walkways or gardens, as the water jet falling from above can cause disruptions there.

Space-saving dimensions

The smaller LORO-X balcony emergency drainage unit is characterised by space-saving dimensions. The flow rate of 1.0 l/s at 75mm water height is achieved with and without downpipe, which corresponds to a balcony area of up to approx. 23 square metres (LX1933).

Higher flow rate

The new LORO-X balcony emergency drainage unit with enlarged circumference and enlarged inlet openings achieves a flow rate of 1.7 l/s at 75 mm water height on the balcony with and without downpipe, which corresponds to a balcony area of up to approx. 55 square metres (LX1966).
