Für Wohngebäude bietet LORO ein Silent System mit Haupt- und Notentwässerung als Silent-Freispiegelströmung. Die Hauptentwässerung erfolgt hierbei ebenfalls mit 4,5l/s in die Grundleitung - die Notentwässerung läuft als Speierlösung jedoch direkt über das Überlaufwehr des Sammelkastens.
